Where does Pali Wine Co. ship?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where local laws permit the direct shipment of wine. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required by law for all deliveries.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your shipment to ensure the wine's quality is not compromised during transit.
Can I return a bottle of wine?
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. However, if your wine arrives damaged or is flawed, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or credit.
How should I store my Pali Wine after it arrives?
We recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F (13°C). Bottles with natural corks should be stored on their sides to keep the cork moist.
