Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict wine shipping regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of wine once it has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact our support team within 15 days for a replacement or store credit.

    Upon delivery, carefully check your wine bottles for any signs of breakage, leakage, or compromised seals caused during transit.

    Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging to help us expedite your claim with the carrier.

    Email our customer service team with your order number and photos; we will review your request within 48 business hours.

    Resolution Selection

    Once approved, we will either ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost or issue a credit to your account for future purchases.
