2023 'White Cap' White Wine Blend
White Cap is our coastal take on a white Rhône blend—bright, textured, and perfectly balanced. Each variety was vinified separately, with stainless and neutral oak fermentation to preserve aromatics and build subtle richness.
Pale gold in the glass, it opens with orange blossom, pear, and lemon zest, layered over wet stone and a hint of brioche. The palate is crisp yet round, with flavors of Meyer lemon, green apple, apricot, and a clean, mineral finish.
